Hey thanks - I will spend some more time with that search later, but a quick scan of the results seems to confirm that you can easily join tracks when importing from a CD, but maybe never again after that. Some people even recommend burning to CD then reimporting, but that mp3>wav>mp3 seems too lossy, even for me. Do appreciate the help, though.

You want to "join" files, which I've only done with mp4, but this guy wants to help:

Thanks, Spaced - that is exactly what I am looking for - it's way more complicated than I wanted it to be but it looks like it would work.
